The website located at www.oghmail.com and www.oghma.stormingforce.com (collectively referred to as the “Website” or “Site”) is owned and operated by StormingForce s.r.o in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic (hereinafter “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Any reference in this Privacy Policy to “User,” “You” or “Your,” refers to Website Visitor or registered users of the protected email service offered by the Company.

Our website contains a contact form that users can use to contact us with their enquiries. If you contact us using one of these contact forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
The information is used to respond by us to respond to your request and to contact you if required. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest.
Data Retention:
We will retain the personal information linked with your enquiry for a maximum of six months from the date of our last communication with you, and after that, we will anonymise this data.
When you create an account to use our service, we collect certain personal information depending on your selected plan. If you select a free plan, you can sign up by providing only your email address or signing up with your Google or Microsoft Account. However, if you sign up for a paid plan, you will be required to provide us with additional information such as your name, email address and your billing address.
The information is used to deliver our service to you and to process your payments. We also use your personal information to send you relevant marketing content relating to the improvement of our service and other system/policy related updates. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract. Where we collect personal information that is not required for delivering our service, we will request your consent prior to such collection.
Data Retention:
We will retain your personal information on our record for as long as your account is active. We will remove your personal information from our records three years after the termination of your account unless we are required to retain this information for any of our legal compliance obligations.
If you connect your Google or Microsoft Account with our Service, we will receive some information about you from these third-party identity providers. We currently receive your name (if you are using your real name, this will constitute personal data) and email address. We use this information to deliver our service to you, and the legal basis of our processing is the performance of our contract.
